The ELK00114 Utilizes two Triac circuits to drive up to 700 Watts per channel of incandescent lights ON and OFF in a running pattern. The flash rate is varied by adjusting the on-board potentiometer. Ideal for advertising signs, theatre signage and festooned lighting.
