This VU meter is designed to be portable for measurement of sound levels anywhere in the listening field. The ELK00103 receives audio signals via an inbuilt microphone and displays their sound level on highly efficient 15 LEDs. The ELK00103 also be used as a party talking piece when it is built into Robot or Ghostbuster costumes as it follows the voice of the wearer or another guest. Substitute blue LEDs for dramatic effect.
